How event filming works
- Brief. We agree the running order, key moments, camera positions and any pupils who can't appear.
- On the day. We arrive early to set up, plan sound so speech and music come through clearly, and stay out of the audience's way.
- Delivery. You receive the edit for review, then final files through a secure link.
Safeguarding and sharing
Tom holds an Enhanced DBS check. We check consent with your safeguarding lead, avoid filming pupils without consent and only share files with agreed contacts. If you'd like to share recordings with parents, we'll help you choose a secure, private method.
Prices
Event filming is quoted per event, depending on length, venue and what you'd like delivered. Event photography starts at £525.
