School promotional and prospectus videos

For most families, your website is the first open day. A short, honest film lets parents see your classrooms, hear your headteacher and picture their child there, before they've booked a visit.

We make promotional films for primary schools, secondary schools and sixth forms across South London.

Films we make for schools

Prospectus and open day films

A two- to four-minute overview of your ethos, facilities and community, for your homepage and open evenings.

Headteacher welcome videos

A 90–120 second introduction for new parents, offer packs and Year 6/7 transition.

Social media reels

Vertical clips for open day teasers, day-in-the-life content and recruitment campaigns.

Staff recruitment films

Real classrooms and colleagues, so teachers can judge whether your school is the right fit.

Virtual tours

A walk-through of classrooms, halls and grounds for families who can't visit in person.

Children and adults walk outside a brick school building with large windows, bushes, and a small wooden structure in the background.
Children sitting at a classroom table, working on papers with pencils, in a colorful classroom with storage bins and educational posters.

How a promotional film comes together

  1. Free planning call. We agree the purpose, audience, key messages and who appears on camera.
  2. Plan and schedule. You get a shot list, interview plan and a filming date that works around your timetable.
  3. Filming day. We work quietly around lessons and put staff and pupils at ease on camera.
  4. Edit and review. You see a draft, request changes (two rounds included) and receive final files for web, social and presentations.

Safeguarding built in

Tom holds an Enhanced DBS check. We confirm media consent with your safeguarding lead before filming, store footage securely offline and delete it on request. We follow your school's online safety policy from the first call.
